Job Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and solve problems
Develop mathematical models for European Power System optimization
Work with the Application Manager on backlog and software requirements
Create documentation for software development and ensure security compliance
Coordinate testing for third-party software and deliver training to staff and new hires

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Power/Electrical Engineering, Math, or related field
Experience in linear and mixed-integer programming
Understanding of power system fundamentals and data standards (CGMES, UCTE-DEF)
Requirements engineering analysis skills
Optional: Exposure to IT, ITIL, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
