To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for an Application Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. In this role, you will actively shape the digital transformation at Flossbach von Storch. You will work passionately to digitize and automate business processes using our modern collaboration platform and innovative AI technologies.

Your responsibilities

• Holistic support for our collaboration platform: Operation and further development of our collaboration platform (Atlassian and M365) as well as integration with adjacent systems
• Further development of the platform architecture: Regular participation in the IT architecture board to actively shape the platform architecture, taking into account new technologies and functions
• Digitization and automation of business processes: Close cooperation with our departments to understand their challenges. Joint development of solutions and implementation
• Change and adoption management: Planning, implementation, and documentation of training courses, info sessions, and communication measures

Your profile

• Qualifications: Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration or application development) or a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable IT-related qualification

• Experience

• - At least 5 years of practical experience in designing and implementing solutions for automating and supporting internal work processes
• - Successful participation in digitization projects and automation initiatives
• - Experience with target group-specific training and company-wide communication formats

• Knowledge

• - In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, ideally also Azure Services
• - Deep understanding of process analysis, interface integration, and the optimization of complex business processes
• - Change and adoption management, especially when introducing digital solutions to heterogeneous user groups

• In addition

• - Strong consulting and communication skills, especially when working with non-technical departments
• - High level of initiative and creativity, while also being team-oriented
• - Enjoyment of imparting knowledge and empowering colleagues
• • Languages: Business fluent German and good written and spoken English
