Senior Asset Manager – Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind & BESS)

Are you a Commercial Asset Manager with experience in renewables including contract, finance and overall project management? Have you experience in both running and maintaining the success of Solar, Wind or BESS portfolios? The Role

Management of relationship with institutional agencies
Procuring, obtaining, and maintaining relevant insurances, including liaising with insurers as required
Liaising with Technical Engineers who are responsible for the effective supervision and monitoring of the operation and maintenance services to maximise generated production
Monitoring and commenting monthly/quarterly unaudited management reports in respect of the relevant projects (prepared by Financial Controller)
Monitoring forecasting and managing project cash flows, including approving any project related expenses (prepared by Financial Controller)
Maintain and clean up master data to ensure a consistent overview of all relevant contracts

The Person

The successful candidate will likely have:

Bachelor’s Degree required with a concentration in business, finance, legal, engineering, or other similar discipline
Experience in Asset Management including stakeholder management
Preferably, experienced within administration of solar parks or other renewable assets
Experience in negotiating contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors
Experience in budget management; including monitoring and reporting
German/English Language capabilities
