Key responsibilities

As an Associate, you’ll be key in shaping our accounting services by completing the following tasks:

• Independent execution of ongoing financial accounting for German entities of international clients
• Support the preparation of annual statements, VAT and further tax reports as well as regular management reportings
• Provide expert support and advice on all matters relating to accounting and tax
• Maintain working relationships with global clients, auditors, and tax advisors
• Improve internal processes and digitize workflows
• Ensure client companies are in good financial and tax standing

Your profile

• A degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related field
• Tax Specialist (Steuerfachwirt), Balance Sheet Accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter) or equivalent is a strong advantage
• Working experience in tax consulting, accounting firms or corporates
• Strong knowledge of MS office and DATEV
• Fluent in German and good communication skills in English
• Independent and autonom working method with a hands‑on mindset
