We are currently working with a top-tier law firm , internationally renowned for the high quality they provide in each department, in its search for a Senior Associate Corporate M&A.

This law firm operates in diversified disciplines such as Banking & Finance, Tax, Funds and Corporate Law, allowing them to provide support to their prestigious clients on various levels. At this moment, our partner in Luxembourg represents a global team of several thousands of lawyers and support staff, that evolve in their modern various offices.

As the offices are in a location that is easily accessible to most cross-border workers and Luxembourgish residents, you will have the opportunity to combine this good geographical situation with flexible working hours, in a law firm that cares about offering a balance that allows you to combine work and your private life (which is not necessarily the case everywhere). Your Responsibilities | Senior Associate Corporate M&A – Law – Legal – Law Firm - Avocat

• As Senior Associate Corporate, you will assist with mergers and acquisitions, refinancing transactions and draft all necessary corporate documentation related to these. Your portfolio of clients will be composed of Private Equity and Real Estate entities.
• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to act as a point of reference for junior associates should they have questions. 
• You will also be responsible for legal monitoring and sharing relevant updates to colleagues to keep them aware of new regulations and applicable laws.
  

Profile and Career Path | Senior Associate Corporate M&A – Law – Legal – Law Firm - Avocat

• You have at least five years of experience in a law firm in Corporate Law and M&A, in Luxembourg, Belgium or France.
• Furthermore, you are fluent in English and French, written and spoken, which will enable you to handle your files independently and to communicate with your future colleagues from different countries without any issue. Any other language will be considered as an asset.
• For this position, you should hold a Master degree in Law and are a member of the Luxembourg (or another EU) Bar. 
• Well-organized and with an eye for detail , you will easily fit into the healthy corporate culture and become a key member of the firm.
