What you’ll do

Preparation and review of tax returns for globally mobile employees
Providing tax advice on assignment structures and double tax treaties
Analyzing compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities
Advising employees on international tax obligations and tax equalization policies
Proactive communication with clients, regular updates, and ensuring high service quality
Supporting the financial management of engagements (e.g. invoicing)
Identifying optimization opportunities and new business prospects within the existing client base

What you bring

At least 2 years of experience in International Tax / Global Mobility
Fluency in German and English
Strong client orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to clearly explain complex issues
Team spirit and a willingness to think and work globally
