As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Consultant Banking to lead transformation projects in Germany and help our clients navigate change, optimize operations, and embrace innovation .

What You’ll Be Doing: Leading Transformation in Banking

As a Senior Consultant Banking , you will work on high-impact transformation initiatives within the German banking sector, helping financial institutions adapt to new regulations, modernize their operations, and implement innovative technologies .

• Lead and manage strategic transformation projects , ensuring successful execution within scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and implement structured change management approaches to improve banking processes and operations.
• Advise clients on key industry trends, regulatory developments, and technological innovations .
• Engage with senior stakeholders , building strong relationships and providing expert guidance on business transformation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives , helping banks integrate cutting-edge technology solutions.
• Develop new business opportunities , leveraging your strong network in the German financial services industry.
• Mentor and lead high-performing teams , fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced consultant and project manager with a strong background in banking transformation and business change .

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
• 6+ years of experience in banking or financial services, ideally within a bank, consultancy, or fintech.
• Strong project management experience , balancing timelines, scope, and budget.
• Deep expertise in banking functions , including Finance, Risk Management, Operations, and Regulatory frameworks.
• A strong understanding of industry trends shaping the German banking sector .
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a strong network in the German financial industry.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Fluent German and English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Based in Germany and authorized to work there

2. Meet the team – with the Hiring Manager and one of our Consultants to discuss your profile and background in more detail, and to deep dive into relevant projects and your role and responsibilities within them.

3. Leadership Interview & Mini Business case – with one of our founders and a Senior Consultant, where there may be a small live case to discuss.
