Responsibilities

Coordinate and steer the cross‑functional brand team including Market Access, Supply Chain, Medical, Sales, Business Intelligence and other relevant departments.

Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize the commercial potential of our pancreatic enzyme products or other products in the Gastroenterology area.

Develop, monitor and implement clear tactical plans to achieve set goals aligned with strategic priorities, with KPI orientation.

Optimize the marketing mix to increase profitability and ROI.

Analyze and interpret market trends and health policy developments to identify market opportunities and take timely actions.

Create business cases, take full forecast responsibility and manage the product lifecycle.

Set strategic directions, produce marketing and advertising materials, and conduct product training for sales teams.

Manage assigned marketing budgets and project timelines.

Build close working relationships with key stakeholders at national and regional level.

Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory and legal requirements.

Report regularly to local and international brand management.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Economics, Natural Sciences or a comparable field.

Qualifications according to the German 75 AMG (Arzneimittelgesetz) are desirable.

Minimum 5 years experience in product management of prescription products; experience in pancreatic enzymes, cystic fibrosis and/or gastroenterology is an advantage.

Passionate about working in a dynamic environment and capable of driving change.

Experience leading larger interdisciplinary project teams.

Knowledge in digital/omnichannel marketing.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Willingness to travel regularly to collaborate with sales teams and key customers.

Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
