YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced AI Senior Consultant / Expert (f/m/d) to design, develop, and deploy enterprise‑grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions within our SAP technology landscape. You will work closely with AI Product Owners, data scientists, and architects to translate AI concepts into reliable, production‑ready systems that drive business value across our organization.

What you'll do:

• Stay current with latest AI trends, tools, and frameworks and SAP technology strategy
• Advise our customers how SAP Business AI will support their processes and organization
• Support customers on implementation of scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI applications aligned with SAP reference architectures
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate functional requirements into robust technical specifications
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues to foster AI engineering excellence across teams
• Work independently, set priorities, and resolve complex cross‑functional challenges
• Contribute to strategic concepts and influence future system and process design
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicate clearly, provide transparent updates, and collaborate effectively across teams

YOUR PROFILE

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field and bring several years of experience in implementation projects.
• You have strong technical and analytical skills within SAP reference architectures and SAP strategic technology orientation. You are comfortable working with innovative and fast‑evolving technologies and understand complex system landscapes, business processes, and SAP’s technology strategy in the context of AI and cloud technologies.
• You are open to customer‑facing engagements onsite as well virtually.

What you bring:

• Knowledge of SAP’s AI portfolio and emerging technology trends
• Solid Experience in AI/ML, software engineering, or enterprise software development
• Familiarity with SAP AI Core,SAP BTP(Business Technology Platform) and SAP S/4HANA
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and agent orchestration patterns
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Development on SAP BTP using SAP CAP and/or SAP RAP
• Experience integrating AI capabilities and data‑driven services into SAP solutions
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
