Responsibilities

• You enjoy tackling a wide variety of topics - from Controlling and People initiatives to M&A projects and client impact analyses.
• You are curious and hands‑on, always looking for ways to improve processes and performance through data.
• You communicate clearly and confidently, both in presentations and written reports.
• You are proactive and structured, managing multiple topics independently and with attention to detail.
• You bring a solution‑oriented mindset and thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• You are motivated to work closely with the Founders and senior stakeholders on strategic and analytical topics.

What we require

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• You have 3+ years of professional experience in strategy, analytics, controlling, or consulting.
• You have strong analytical and quantitative skills and are confident handling business and financial data.
• You are proficient in Excel and experienced with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• You have experience in developing reports, dashboards, or business models for management.
• You understand financial and operational KPIs and can link data insights to strategic outcomes.
• You speak German and English fluently.
