About the Opportunity:

Adsearch is looking for experienced, high-potential Senior Business Development Managers to join a fast-growing e-commerce and platform ecosystem in Germany.

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth, manage key relationships with local sellers and platform partners, and contribute to the strategic expansion of diverse countries, all while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development initiatives and manage relationships with local sellers, vendors, and platform partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement market strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercial initiatives and achieve targets.
• Manage key accounts, monitor performance, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong local networks and resources within your market.
• Depending on the market, take on leadership responsibilities to guide teams or act as a senior individual contributor.

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, vendor management, or account management.
• Proven track record managing key accounts, partnerships, or business development in local market.
• Strong knowledge of the local business environment and established networks is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Language: German/native or local fluency; English fluency is essential. Chinese is a plus.
• Open to both individual contributor and leadership profiles depending on the position.
