Role focus: This position centers around the Europe/Middle East/Africa region with a DACH focus, driving growth of our Cloud and data solution business by creating and pursuing opportunities, expanding client relationships, and identifying business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline for TRKKN’s Cloud & AI solution business, engaging new and existing clients from medium-sized businesses to enterprises.
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking and events, in direct collaboration with Google, tech vendors, and agencies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to presentation to closing the deal.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to client challenges and deliver an outstanding consultative selling experience.
- Craft compelling pitch decks and customized approaches to showcase offerings to potential clients.
- Negotiate license fees and consulting & professional services contracts with client procurement teams.
- Coordinate pre-contractual requirements and ensure necessary documentation and processes are in place.
- Tap into the Google Cloud Sales organization network to create joint sales plays for key clients.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in business development, customer acquisition, and engagement within the Cloud industry, Data Analytics, and/or Marketing Technology.
- Proven track record of driving business growth with exceptional consultative selling.
- Strong networking skills with key business partners; has completed certifications and training with Google Cloud Platform or competitors.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform and its products (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Strong personality and ability to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and German (minimum C1).
- Open to occasional travel within Germany (approximately 1–2 times per month).
