As our Business Development Representative - NORDICS & BALTICS (all gender), you will play a key role in driving Hubject's growth in one of our most strategic markets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and research potential clients across the NORDICS & BALTICS, with a focus on CPOs, EMPs, and automotive & EVSE OEMs.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to create awareness and interest in Hubject’s eMo-bility solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Account Executives to hand over qualified leads.
  • Work with the Sales Operations and Marketing team to align outreach efforts, messaging, and lead generation strategies for the NORDICS & BALTICS market.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, contacts and opportunities in the CRM and deliver regular reports on pipeline health and performance.
  • Represent Hubject professionally at virtual and in-person industry events, helping to expand our network and strengthen brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business/market development, or lead generation management, ideally within eMobility or SaaS sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the Scandinavian and Baltic business landscape and cultural nuances.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline building, and creating qualified sales opportunities.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools, CRM systems, and outreach platforms (e.g., Salesforce & LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong communication, networking, and presentation skills - you know how to build rapport and spark interest through a consultative approach.
  • A proactive and sales-driven mindset, combined with a structured and goal-oriented working style.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for eMobility, sustainability, and technology-driven innovation.

Language Requirements

Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish is an advantage.

Location

Berlin, Germany or Nordics & Baltic. Travelling is required.
