About the Role We are building a

career consulting agency for international professionals in Germany , focusing on specialists in

IT, Management, Finance, and Engineering . We are looking for an experienced

Career Consultant, HR professional, or Recruiter

to collaborate with us on a

freelance / partnership basis . This is

not a traditional employment position . You will work as a

self-employed partner , delivering expert consulting services to our clients, while we provide

client acquisition, marketing, and administrative support .

Responsibilities You will guide

highly qualified candidates

through the German job market: Application Branding:

Complete optimization of

CVs / resumes and LinkedIn profiles , ensuring they are

ATS-compliant and tailored to the German market . Career Strategy Development:

Help clients define their

career direction, target roles, and positioning in the German market . Interview Preparation:

Conduct

mock interviews (behavioral and situational)

and provide

structured, actionable feedback . Market Navigation:

Support clients with

job search strategies, hidden job market approaches, and market analysis . LinkedIn Positioning & Networking:

Advise clients on

building a strong LinkedIn presence and networking with recruiters and hiring managers . Salary Negotiation:

Advise candidates on

salary benchmarks and negotiation strategies , particularly for

mid-to-senior level roles . Progress Tracking:

Monitor the client’s

job search progress and adjust strategies based on interview feedback and market response .

Requirements

Professional Experience:

3+ years of experience in

HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition in Germany . Industry Expertise:

Proven experience recruiting for

IT, Finance, Engineering, or Management roles . Language Skills:

Fluent

English and German (C1 level or higher) .

Russian is a plus. Location: Must currently be based in Germany. Employment Status:

Registered as

freelancer / self-employed (Gewerbe or Freiberuflich) in Germany . Work Style:

Ability to work

independently, take ownership of client outcomes, and focus on results .
