RJC are working with a German based energy trader, looking to bring on an experienced change manager to help support various ongoing transformation projects.
This role offers a multi-faceted opportunity, touching on strategy, project management and change across many parts of the business. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of experience as a change manager, with a proven track record of managing financial transformation projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years change manager experience
- Experience managing large-scale transformation projects
- Fluency in English - German is also a plus
Package: up to €120,000 + bonus
Location: Hamburg
Work model: Hybrid (2-3 days p/w in office)
