Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Client Advisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Munich. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for creating meaningful relationships with clients while driving exceptional customer experiences that uphold the Louis Vuitton standard. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing personalized service, addressing client inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the brand’s legacy through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional skills in Client Relations and Customer Service, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Understanding of Insurance processes as they pertain to luxury goods is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, client-focused environment
• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-focused role is highly preferred
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous
