About the Position: We are looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join a leading global Contract Research Organization supporting clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. This is a home-based role where you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring clinical sites to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA guidelines, local regulations, and standard operating procedures. You will collaborate closely with investigational sites and project teams to ensure high-quality data, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of trials.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct site visits to evaluate protocol adherence and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain clinical documentation to guarantee audit readiness Mentor and train junior clinical team members Lead and support project teams as needed Work alongside site staff and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient study operations

Requirements: University degree in a science-related field, healthcare certification, or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of clinical research monitoring experience Fluent in English and German Valid driver’s license In-depth knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and clinical monitoring best practices Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel 60–80%
