Electric trucks and buses are moving from pilots to scaled deployment across Europe. Fleet operators are making long-term platform decisions, and charging and energy management is becoming a core operational system.
About K2 Mobility
K2 Mobility is a leading SaaS company at the intersection of fleet tech and energy tech based in Potsdam. Our PANION software enables fleet operators to manage electric trucks and buses together with their charging infrastructure and energy constraints.
Customers include international logistics groups, public transport operators, and mid-sized fleet owners. The company is well established in its segment and is now scaling its activities across Europe.
What you will do
In the initial phase, this is ahands-on sales role :
- Personally acquire and close complex B2B customers across Europe
- Spend a significant amount of time on-site with customers; frequent travel is expected
- Lead sales conversations with operational, commercial, and executive stakeholders
- Understand customer operations (fleets, depots, energy setup) and translate them into concrete commercial proposals
- Position PANION as a core operational system, not a standalone software tool
- Shape deal structures, and go-to-market approach based on direct market feedback
- Work closely with founders, product, and customer success from the Potsdam office
Once repeatable success is established, you will:
- Build and lead the sales organization
- Hire and develop sales team members
- Define sales processes, structures, and forecasting
- Take overall responsibility for commercial performance and market expansion
What we are looking for
This role requires someone who is comfortable selling themselves before building a team.
You should bring:
- Several years of experience closing complex B2B deals for digital or infrastructure-related solutions
- Confidence in managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
- A hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
- The ambition and ability to take on a senior leadership role over time
- Business-fluent German and English
- Backgrounds in mobility, logistics, energy, or fleet-related markets are helpful, but not mandatory.
