As Senior Compliance Officer, you will take responsibility for strengthening governance structures within a globally operating organisation. You will ensure that compliance frameworks remain robust, forward-looking, and aligned with regulatory expectations, while driving transparency and operational excellence across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and continuously refine the group-wide compliance framework to ensure regulatory adherence and effective risk mitigation. Develop practical tools and methodologies for identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks. Enhance reporting structures, including KPIs and dashboards, to provide clear oversight for senior management. Introduce digital and data-driven solutions to streamline compliance processes and increase efficiency. Support the management and regular review of internal policies and governance standards. Design and deliver targeted training initiatives to promote awareness and strengthen the compliance culture. Collaborate closely with business units and central functions to embed compliance considerations into daily operations.

Your Profile:

Degree in law, business, or a related discipline. Several years of professional experience in compliance within a regulated environment. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and governance principles. Experience in implementing process improvements or digital compliance tools. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. Fluent German and English skills.
