(Senior) Consolidation Specialist - Lucanet

Karlsruhe, Germany | Hybrid (2–3 days in office)

We are supporting an international organisation in the search for an experienced (Senior) Consolidation Specialist to strengthen their Group Finance team. This position plays a key role in the monthly consolidation process and group reporting under IFRS , working closely with internal stakeholders and auditors across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of consolidation and reporting processes in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the monthly group consolidation of international entities .
• Prepare group financial statements and reporting packages under IFRS .
• Support consolidation and reporting processes using Lucanet .
• Prepare internal and external financial reports for group management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and support audits of European entities in line with accounting standards.
• Work closely with auditors, finance teams and other key stakeholders across the organisation.
• Support group-wide accounting topics including transfer pricing coordination .

Your Profile

• 5–10+ years of experience in controlling, group accounting, or consolidation .
• Hands-on experience with Lucanet consolidation is essential.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Strong background in IFRS reporting (must-have) .
• HGB knowledge is beneficial .
• Proven experience in financial reporting and group consolidation .
• A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of key finance processes .
• Fluent English required ; German B1 is a plus
