Discover your exciting role: As Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d), you will oversee significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as semiconductor or battery industry. You will ensure the compliant execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects for production facilities and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the construction management of industrial high-tech projects
• Taking overall responsibility for the timely, high-quality, and cost-effective execution of the entire scope of the project
• Providing support to our customers before, during and after the construction phase and participating in acquisition and contract negotiations
• Directing and leading all project participants and coordinating between customers, planners, executing firms, and authorities
• Scheduling and monitoring construction progress
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Conducting site inspections and inspections for acceptance
• Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction supervision of large-scale projects, as well as experience in leading project teams and subcontractors
• Experience in industrial or plant construction, particularly within the semiconductor or battery industry is preferred, but not required
• Excellent knowledge of building codes, local regulations and standards
• Willingness to travel within D-A-CH region and to stay on site for 5 days during project assignments
• Intercultural competence, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level) to ensure an effective communication with German-speaking staff and authorities
• German driver's license class B
