Core tasks to expect:

• Assess, deliver and implement high-quality AI strategies for new and existing clients to shape their strategic roadmap for AI & data
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI use cases in form of creative workshops and through other methods incl. agile product management
• Win over new consulting projects and develop existing and new client collaborations via outreach activities, external representation and sales proposals as Perelyn’s AI Strategy Ambassador
• Build the AI Strategy Consulting team and the business around our consulting services, i.e. leave your footprint on new offerings, internal operations, process improvements and team development
• Initiate new innovation projects together with our leading AI experts, exploring concrete business models or AI product and service ideas along our proven innovation framework

Your profile

• 5+ years in management consulting incl. strategy formulation and end-to-end transformation engagements
• Proven, deep AI proficiency underpinned by solid technical aptitude
• Ability to leverage AI tools efficiently to augment own work and output
• Bilingual fluency in English and German
• Rapid diagnostic ability i.e. entrepreneurial, sharp attitude offering a robust management consulting toolkit
• Entrepreneurial mindset and getting-things-done attitude
• Structured approach to distil and translate complex issues into clear, compelling client materials and narratives
• Disciplined, methodical work style that drives rigorous, strategic problem-solving and high-quality outcomes
• People skills and proven experience with leading projects or work streams and managing teams
