How You Will Create An Impact

Use your expertise to Develop and deploy machine learning models across diverse industries, using sound statistical and analytical techniques. You will work hands-on with complex datasets, preparing and engineering data for modeling and analysis. Build scalable ML / AI-driven solutions on a range of cloud technologies. On projects, you collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. You will clearly communicate the scope and take ownership of your workstream and communicate back technical results to business teams and stakeholders. You do bring a strong analytical mindset to uncover actionable insights.

About You

A bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, computer science, or engineering. Fluency in both German and English, with confident communication skills in both languages. At least 2-3 years of experience in the field of data science. A sharp analytical mindset, structured approach to problem-solving, and keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, essential for collaboration within teams and across departments. A proactive and reliable attitude, combined with enthusiasm for teamwork. Hands-on experience with modeling using Python or similar tools. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning methods, especially tree-based methods and Bayesian methods. Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases as well as the ETL process. Knowledge & experience in one or more of the following fields would be a strong plus: ovisualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau widely used cloud tools such as AWS/GCP/Azure leveraging Generative AI solutions, particularly for information retrieval, trend detection, and data summarization building front-end interfaces / steering cockpits using tools such as streamlit
