Your Role Market observation: You will monitor trends in the Data & Analytics market and advise our customers on their significance. Project management: You will lead Data Advisory projects, foster self-organization, and responsibility within the team. Management consulting: You will advise management on designing modern data landscapes and the path to a data-driven company. Transformation: You will support the initialization and development of transformation programs in the Data & Analytics area. Stakeholder management: You will remove obstacles and moderate the Data & Analytics transformation of our customers with your team. Your Profile Passion for data: You will acquire new knowledge about Data & Analytics trends, technologies, and tools and motivate your surroundings. Project management: You have experience in realizing and leading Data & Analytics transformation programs and data platform projects. Communication skills: You possess methodological and communicative skills in moderation, mediation, change management, and team development. Initiative: You act solution-oriented, keep a cool head, and think critically and reflectively. Passion for trends: You want to support our customers in building data platforms or implementing Data Mesh.
