Your focus

• You will be responsible for complex consulting projects in the field of enterprise architecture management and independently lead project teams
• You will develop and implement forward‑looking architecture strategies, roadmaps, and governance structures for our customers – from vision to implementation
• You will position yourself as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor at C‑level and represent architectural approaches in strategic decision‑making bodies
• You will coach and empower client teams in establishing sustainable architecture management and strengthen their entrepreneurial transformation capabilities
• You will actively shape the further development of our consulting portfolio and drive new topics and offerings forward

Ready for Detecon?

• Completed bachelor's or master's degree in (business) computer science/engineering or another STEM subject with a business context
• At least 7 years of professional experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or digital transformation, ideally in consulting or management roles
• Deep understanding of modern architecture methods and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, HERMES, Scrum), ideally with relevant certifications
• Business fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel for projects, primarily in Germany, possibly internationally
