What you can expect

Consulting projects – You advise leading financial service firms such as banks, insurance companies, or asset management groups on solving current challenges in Finance Transformation.

Variety – You gain experience with current trends, co‑create the future of finance, and connect these themes with modern technologies. You will accompany clients throughout the entire project life cycle and support the functional, technical, and process implementation of IT projects in the finance area.

Responsibility – As a senior consultant you support the steering of interdisciplinary teams in large IT projects and develop into these roles quickly and systematically.

Development – You continuously build your technical knowledge through exciting projects, close collaboration with colleagues, and attractive training, and you make use of our global network.

What you bring

• You have a completed degree in business economics, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, or a comparable program with a focus on accounting and controlling.
• You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or the financial services sector.
• You have some experience in project or team leadership, can think logically in processes, and are familiar with SAP FI/CO modules.
• You have previously taken on some leadership responsibility for other team members and are interested in further developing these skills on various projects.
• You possess excellent German and English language skills in speaking and writing, a strong customer orientation, analytical and conceptual capabilities, and the flexibility and travel readiness required in consulting.
