Key Responsibilities

• Creating seamless customer engagement strategies (online & offline) and designing customer journeys
• Defining and implementing future-proof sales strategies, optimizing sales processes, and digital sales tools
• Developing strategies and designing eCommerce platforms and marketplaces, including social and mobile commerce strategies

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of practical project experience in sales, omnichannel management, and eCommerce within consulting or industry (automotive, retail, consumer goods, etc.)
• Some responsibility in leading complex transformation projects
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies such as SCRUM, SAFe, PMI, and other frameworks
• Outstanding degree in economics, technology, or information technology
• Enjoyment in combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work
• High reliability, team spirit, and fit for a leading global consulting firm
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, very good MS Office skills
• Fluent in German and English
