Key Responsibilities / You Will Get To

• Change Management Initiatives: Develop and implement change management strategies that support organizational transformation, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Facilitate Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with client teams to engage stakeholders at all levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and openness to change.
• Design and Deliver Change Workshops: Create and conduct workshops and training sessions to equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate change effectively.
• Monitor and Evaluate Change Impact: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of change initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support Communication Strategies: Develop communication plans that effectively convey change messages, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the organization.
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within our strategic areas of development
• Contribute to internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events

Key Requirements/What We Hope You Bring

• University degree or equivalent experience in business administration, economics, psychology or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operational business or management consulting
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation
• Your passion and experience in Project Management, Change Management, People & Culture or in one or more areas of Human Resources
• Your mastery of working and communicating with a broad range of audiences and seniority levels
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking to help you organize and prioritize your tasks
• Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
• Your excellent command of English that you will use while preparing and delivering presentations and reports
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services as well as consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques
