Senior Consultant (m/f/d) – Property and Casualty Consulting Team

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in our Property and Casualty Consulting Team to join us on group-wide consulting projects across the whole insurance value chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to best serve them through project deliverables.
• Execute consulting projects for customers and provide guidance in a holistic context to make them a sustainable success.
• Build and maintain customer relationships and stakeholder networks across our global organization.
• Contribute to project deliverables and pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager.
• Develop and follow up on ideas on possible future client needs.
• Liaise and collaborate with group centers for Property and Casualty insurance.
• Contribute to the internal development of Allianz Consulting with a focus on functional Property and Casualty insurance expertise.
• Ensure adequate development of self and colleagues via coaching, mentoring and training.

Key Requirements / What We Hope You Bring

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in the broader financial/insurance industry in an international environment.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks, leverage AI tools in everyday tasks, and consult clients on AI adoption for successful business transformation.
• Overall insurance business experience.
• Product knowledge of Property and Casualty products.
• Property and Casualty knowledge either from Underwriting, Actuarial, Claims or Operations.
• Experience in creating strategies and conceptual plans to implement changes.
• Experience in project management and implementation.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English Language.
• Strong analytical and solution-focused approach.
• Willingness to take ownership.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and PPT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of customer orientation and team spirit.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience in reinsurance or structuring large (multinational) insurance programs and portfolio analysis.
• Experience in an international work environment.
• Strong business capabilities.
• Data analytics capabilities.
