We are looking for candidates to join us in the role of Hamburg, Munich, Düsseldorf and Berlin.

What you can expect from change management with us.

Consulting: You advise companies on suitable change management strategies and guide clients through these proactively using various tools and methods.

• Project planning: You are responsible for clarifying assignments, relationships and roles as well as managing expectations across all project phases.
• Project management: As an experienced project manager, you are responsible for the technical management of your project teams.
• Concept:
• Workshop design: You identify participation events, take charge of their design, develop appropriate workshop designs and implement them.

What you bring to the table as a consultant.

University degree: Social sciences, psychology, business psychology, organizational psychology, business education, economics or similar.

Professional experience and know-how: 5 years of relevant professional experience; very good conceptual and analytical skills; management experience of interdisciplinary project teams

Working method: Self-initiated, committed, independent and structured; professional and confident; holistic and networked thinking

Personality: Strong communicator, assertive, service-oriented and creative

Languages: Business fluent German and good English skills
