Tasks

As a Senior Consultant for Microsoft 365 Collaboration, you will advise our customers with the aim of supporting their collaboration in the best possible way with Microsoft 365
You identify the requirements of our customers, give them an overview of what is possible with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive and other M365 tools and develop the tailor‑made solutions
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will demonstrate strong technical, methodological, and social skills and implement outstanding customer solutions – and you will not shy away from solving OneDrive synchronization problems for end users.
You will advise our customers both on‑site and remotely, use our team to help customers with related topics and provide internal support in the preparation of offers and calculations

Profile

The Microsoft 365 services SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive are your home turf – you know your way around here
Thanks to solid basic knowledge of the adjacent M365 services (Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Groups, Exchange Online, etc.) you also understand the connections
Knowledge of Viva or PowerShell is an advantage
With your basic knowledge of the on‑premises world (SharePoint Server, Active Directory) you can meet customers where they are
Your communication is open and appreciative, and your emails, documents and PowerPoint presentations do not need corrections because you know how to use the spell checker
You enjoy working in a team, you have a "sharing is caring” mentality and are willing to grow openly and reflectively, both professionally and personally
You are interested in a modern working environment (holacracy, continuous learning, transparency, and agility) in combination with the latest technologies
High customer orientation, an independent way of working and willingness to travel for possible customer appointments on site are a matter of course for you
You have completed an apprenticeship and/or a degree and have gained relevant professional experience around Microsoft 365
You have very good German and at least good English skills
