About the Role

As a Senior Microsoft Business Applications Consultant you will design and implement solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the Power Platform. You will focus on digital transformation, automation, and integration for clients in the Transport, Logistics and Retail sector located in Eschborn.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on business requirements and technology opportunities within the Power Platform.
• Analyze, design and implement Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Automate processes with Power Automate and integrate external systems.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights using Power BI reports and dashboards (optional).
• Validate and document solutions to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Drive internal process and best‑practice improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies in a STEM field or comparable IT education.
• Multiple years of experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with Power BI, data modeling and data analysis is an asset.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Strong understanding of business processes, analytical thinking and structured work approach.
• Excellent communication skills, team orientation and ability to translate complex requirements clearly.
