SENIOR CONSULTANT (M/W/DIV.) – RESTRUCTURING

Description We are currently looking for senior consultants to join and support the FalkenSteg team with our restructuring and insolvency consultancy activities.

You will strengthen and expand your skills in finance, insolvency law and restructuring in a project environment spanning various industries

Your duties

Assisting with restructuring and insolvency clients

Working with colleagues to implement initial measures in insolvency proceedings

Helping to prepare recovery and restructuring blueprints and expert reports

Conducting strategic, performance and financial analyses of businesses

Assisting with workshops and interviews with the client

Creating client acquisition and business presentations

Preparing for and organising meetings with banks and creditors

Working on internal company development projects

What we expect from you

Degree from a higher‑education institution with above‑average results in economic/legal studies or a comparable programme (minimum requirement: bachelor’s, master’s, GermanDiplomor formal course of training to be a business professional preferred)

At least three years of experience in consulting on restructuring, recovery or insolvency

Entrepreneurial mindset (ideally, you already have experience as an entrepreneur)

Keen interest in the worlds of restructuring, recovery and insolvency

Analytical and structured approach to work

Team player, self‑directed, confident disposition, flexible and willing to travel

Commitment to excellence by producing precise work

Fluent in written and spoken English and German (additional foreign language skills advantageous)
