Responsibilities

FIS Professional Services Senior Consultants aid the customer in new delivery and upgrade projects, configuring, customizing and optimizing their use of the system. The FRONT ARENA Product Specialists adapt the product to the customer’s needs and integrate the product in the customer’s environment. This incudes:

• Think through challenging problems, and work with a team to make the solution a reality
• Implement and customize software solutions alongside our clients
• Work in a variety of client settings and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Develop an understanding of client strategic direction, issues and project goals
