This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mannheim, offering some flexibility for remote work. The Senior Consultant SAP Customer Service will be responsible for delivering SAP Customer Service (CS) and SAP S/4HANA solutions to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising and supporting customers on SAP CS processes, analyzing customer requirements, designing tailored solutions, and overseeing their implementation. The consultant will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and project success.
