Die Rolle

As Senior Consultant in SAP Employee Central Payroll you play a key role in implementing challenging client projects – from conception to delivery. You are the main point of contact for clients and advise them in the Explore phase on process design and solution functionality. Deine Aufgaben

• Moderation of workshops for requirement capture and solution design in the ECP context
• Documentation of requirements, business processes, and test plans
• Setup of customer environments and execution of cutover and migration
• Configuration of Employee Central Payroll
• Support with interfaces and the interplay with Employee Central and other applications
• Preparation of project documentation and training materials
• Conducting knowledge transfer and handover to support teams
• Participation in proposal creation and effort estimationUpdating domain expertise on SuccessFactors technologies and roadmaps
• Contribution to continuous improvement by knowledge transfer within the team
• Maintenance of demo systems and support during release processes

Dein Profil

• Multiple years experience in SAP HCM Payroll consulting, ideally with focus on Employee Central Payroll
• Deep understanding of payroll processes and their statutory requirements in Germany
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud integrations (e.g., via CPI)
• Project management competence and client orientation
• Very good German and English language skills
• Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of innovation
