Aufgaben

• You consult our customers on the transformation of their current ERP landscape with a focus on SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and SAP Management Accounting (CO) – primarily in connection with SAP S/4HANA.
• Competently manage and own work packages in the various project phases of SAP (S/4HANA) implementation projects or application management. This includes planning, implementation (customising), migration, functional and integration testing, user training, production support, and 2nd‑level support.
• Optionally lead a functional team within the described work packages across project phases.
• Support the generation and safeguarding of new business and contribute in bid teams to create and quality‑assure offers.
• Possibly assume partial project leadership.
• Contribute responsibly to the development of junior colleagues in the context of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) or SAP Management Accounting (CO).

Profil

• Completed studies in economics, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience and customer responsibility.
• Acquired expert knowledge from multiple customer projects and possesses excellent consulting skills in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and/or SAP Management Accounting (CO). Experience in project steering.
• Strong methodological knowledge in both classical and agile project environments.
• Excellent integrated system understanding and solid knowledge in customising customer‑relevant processes in SAP FI or CO.
• Documented responsible and shaping participation in (S/4HANA) implementation projects or application management.
• Strong market and competition knowledge as well as an understanding of the latest SAP technologies (SAP‑HANA, cloud solutions, etc.).
• Talent for recognising and seizing cross‑selling opportunities.
• Enjoyment of consulting external clients and willingness to travel (50‑75%), mainly within Germany.
• Very good German and English skills (CEF Level C1 or B2).

This position is also available part‑time.
