Your mission
Be Emidat’s first dedicated marketing hire—the single owner of our content and inbound engine. Your mission will be to increase Emidat’s brand perception by building expert content on lifecycle assessment and sustainable materials. Become our brand advocate and make Emidat the most well-known LCA / DPP tech brand in Europe.
In the age of AI, we believe preparing and promoting great content is imperative to a company’s success. A core focus for Emidat in 2026 will be to increase our inbound growth, in close collaboration with our product team. Already today, a significant share of our closed deals comes from referrals, so doubling down on marketing and inbound feels like a natural step.
As our Senior Content & Marketing Strategist you will be the first official marketing hire and play a key role in shaping our growth, content and team. You will work firstly on the engine: Defining a content strategy, collaborating with product and sales to define and drive inbound growth projects end-to-end. Then in the engine: build great content (blogs, videos and potentially a podcast), repurpose and promote content across different channels and track results.
We are looking for an experienced marketeer hungry to work in a high-growth environment with a purpose. You will develop deep expertise in lifecycle assessments (LCAs) and the building materials industry, which your readers / listeners can rely on.
In the first 6 months, you will
Content Creation: Deep-dive into the world of LCA and building material to create truly useful, high-value & expert content for our customers.
Inbound Lead-gen: Promote content strategically across all relevant channels to maximize reach and nurturing inbound leads, focusing on measurable conversion rate improvements from awareness to intent.
Marketing Operations: Establish a core marketing analytics framework and dashboard to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like volume, content engagement, and channel ROI.
Inbound Strategy: Develop and fine-tune our inbound strategy, ensuring alignment with our company objectives.
Team Building : Play a key role in building and growing the marketing team leading us to an annual 10x growth.
Minimum requirements
Language Skills: Professional working proficiency (C1/C2 level) in both English and German (written and verbal).
Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in Content, Inbound, or Growth Marketing, demonstrating consistent achievement of targets (e.g., achieving X% lead growth or X% Marketing Qualified Leads-to-Sales Qualified Leads conversion rate).
Regional Experience: A proven track record of successfully planning, launching, and scaling marketing campaigns specifically targeting and driving growth within the DACH region
Communication Skills : Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical concepts (e.g., B2B, SaaS, or highly regulated industries) into clear, compelling, and accessible content for expert audiences.
Organisational Excellence : Proven ability to manage multiple end-to-end campaigns simultaneously and a verifiable history of successful, measurable collaboration with Sales teams.
