(Senior) Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d)

The Legal & Compliance Team is responsible for all corporate matters, as well as the legal oversight of AM and transaction-related issues.

Key Responsibilities Acting as an internal legal sparring partner Ensuring that all appropriate legal resources are involved Providing legal support for real estate transactions Offering advice on commercial tenancy law and corporate law Coordinating matters with external experts Developing a future-proof legal strategy Handling contract and compliance / claims and litigation management and legal advisory Ensuring regulatory reporting Supporting in corporate housekeeping, with the creation and maintenance of powers of attorney, shareholder resolutions, and commercial register filings Monitoring of legal deadlines and obligations Setting up, maintaining, and administering a contract and document management system Organization, preparation, and attendance at notary appointments Creating presentations and pitch documents Data room and project management

Candidate Profile Fully qualified German lawyer (first and second state exam) Several years of professional experience in real estate and corporate law as well as corporate housekeeping acquired in a law firm or company Experience in managing and coordinating external lawyers in various European jurisdictions Interest in the structure and design of a company and its legal department Excellent teamwork and communication skills Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented work style Negotiation skills and organizational talent Fluent in German and English
