About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter – EMEA, you will play a critical role in scaling Pocket Entertainment’s teams across Europe. You’ll own full life‑cycle recruiting across a diverse range of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, engage, and close exceptional talent.

This is a highly hands‑on role ideal for a recruiter who thrives in sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation. From identifying passive talent to guiding candidates through the hiring process, you will directly influence the growth and quality of our teams.

You’ll collaborate globally across functions and time zones, helping Pocket Entertainment build world‑class creative, marketing, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full life‑cycle recruiting across EMEA, from intake and sourcing through closing and offer negotiation
  • Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, networks, and creative search strategies
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies
  • Drive structured, high‑quality interview processes aligned with Pocket Entertainment’s values and standards
  • Build strong candidate pipelines for creative, marketing, and business‑critical roles
  • Support hiring for creative and storytelling‑driven functions such as content development, writing, production, and editorial roles, alongside broader organizational needs
  • Lead candidate experience, ensuring professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness throughout the process
  • Manage offer processes, including compensation discussions and negotiations
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions and functions
  • Maintain accurate recruiting data, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and hiring practices

About You

  • 5–8+ years of experience in full life‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proven strength in candidate sourcing and direct outreach
  • Experience recruiting for creative, marketing, entertainment, tech, or high‑growth environments
  • Strong ability to assess talent, influence stakeholders, and close candidates
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong ownership mindset and bias for action
  • Ability to work effectively across global teams and time zones
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is a strong plus

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English (both required)
  • French or Italian language skills are a strong plus
  • Experience working in international or cross‑border hiring environments preferred
  • Additional European languages are a plus
