Estimator

to take responsibility for the full costing of turnkey construction projects across industrial, commercial, and residential building sectors. Working primarily from the Düsseldorf headquarters, you will prepare detailed 3D models, develop budgets using Allplan/Nemetschek and Nevaris, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and play an active role in project reviews and negotiations. This is a key technical position that contributes significantly to the financial and operational success of major construction schemes across Germany. The role requires 3–5 years of estimating experience and strong BIM/3D modelling capabilities, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with project teams, planners, and external stakeholders. Candidates thrive here when they bring analytical strength, structured working habits, and a confident, solutions-oriented communication style. Regular travel to project sites (2–3 times per month), a Class B driving licence, and fluency in German are essential.
