What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement a CRM and e-CRM communication strategy through creative, engaging and targeted campaigns.
• In‑depth understanding of client’s customer data and/or data to identify customer pain points and sequential experiences.
• Bring expertise in personalization and marketing automation to infuse leading practices around dynamic email content and segmentation rules to customize marketing campaigns.
• Align on omni‑channel experiences of the customer journey, constantly improving processes to optimize the customer journey to increase conversion and customer retention rate.
• Work closely with Data analytics, Web and creative team to develop effective and integrated campaigns.
• Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of strategy experience focused on CRM.
• Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, UX, Communications, or related field); Master’s or CX certifications.
• Proficiency in customer data and CRM processes.
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for understanding customers, driving campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Fluent German/English skills.
• Proficient in MS PPT and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control in execution and deployment.
• Experience and/or knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Understanding of the automotive industry is an asset.
