As our (Senior) Customer Value Manager you are the strategic architect behind our most valuable Enterprise accounts. You own the entire lifecycle – from orchestrating complex multi‑site rollouts to driving commercial expansion. By combining commercial sharpness with operational rollout expertise, you ensure that our software doesn't just get bought, but becomes the heartbeat of every construction site.
As a hybrid company, we value in‑person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.
What You Will Be Building ️
- Orchestrate Strategic Enterprise Rollouts: You bridge multi‑layered hierarchies at our biggest customers. As the strategic captain of the account, you fully own the roadmap and orchestrate all involved internal and external stakeholders to execute your vision – ensuring business goals are met without getting lost in technical details.
- Drive Value & ROI: You move the conversation from “features” to “business outcomes.” You build concrete ROI models and lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) that prove the monetary value of comstruct to decision makers, securing long‑term renewals.
- Drive Commercial Expansion: You view your portfolio as a business that needs to grow. You proactively identify upsell opportunities and qualify opportunities through value‑based conversations before including Sales for closing.
- Master Adoption & Change Management: You solve the hardest problem in construction: human resistance. You build strategies that convince skeptical site managers to drop paper and pick up the iPad, ensuring standardized workflows are actually adopted across decentralized teams.
What You Need To Succeed ✨
- Complex Account & Rollout Management: Proven experience managing multi‑layered accounts by navigating complex decision‑making structures and executing strategic multi‑site rollout plans.
- Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to proactively manage the commercial lifecycle. You are comfortable discussing pricing, defending value, and qualifying upsell potential.
- High Agency & Builder Mindset: You don't wait for permission or existing processes. You want to write the “Enterprise Playbook” yourself and find ways to make the account successful, whatever it takes.
- Language Skills: You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English.
- Change Management Expert: Proven track record of driving behavioural change and high product adoption in traditional or non‑digital industries.
Nice to have: Experience in Construction Tech or Supply Chain SaaS; conceptual understanding of APIs/ERPs and similar.
