Senior Data Analytics Project Manager (m,f,x)

This role will be critical in coordinating activities across multiple international marketing, analytics, and tech teams, maintaining highly organized and accurate documentation, and ensuring high quality output on marketing analytics projects. What You’ll Do

• Act as an owner and take lead in marketing analytics projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across different geographies and time zones
• Understand and solve complex problems that stretch over multiple parts of the business
• End-to-end responsibility for projects with high impact
• Develop and maintain effective workflows and processes framework
• Develop a cross-functional understanding of business processes in order to identify areas to improve customer retention and acquisition through process optimisation.

What You’ll Bring

• You have Master Degree in Business/Management, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience leading projects; preferably in startup, tech or digital industry
• You have previous experience working as a project manager, technical project manager, technical program manager or scrum master in an agile environment
• You are familiar with different agile frameworks and have experience putting them into practice
• You work independently, structured and conscientiously
• You think in terms of business and are data and process-driven in your work
• You have gained experience in operations, digital growth companies, analytics or related fields
• You convince with professionalism and conscientiousness in your dealings with stakeholders
• You are highly organized and always have an eye on deadlines
• You are a doer with a hands-on mentality and a zest for action
• You learn quickly and find the right solution to every problem
• You have very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• You are number-driven and have a very good analytical understanding
