You will be part of an international team of specialized designers and engineers, collaborating across regions and borders on some of Arup’s most significant data centre and mission critical projects in Europe.
This role offers a genuine opportunity to drive and influence design strategy, standards and ways of working across regions, within a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing and collaboration among experts and professionals. You will take on design leadership responsibilities for large, complex data centre projects in Germany and across Europe, working closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines and geographies.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams through early concept, planning, detailed design and delivery, guiding projects through construction while maintaining design intent, technical quality and coordination under demanding programme and regulatory conditions.
