Success requires strong process understanding, analytical skills, and abstract thinking to design concepts that transform complex information landscapes into structured, future‑proof knowledge systems.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Analyze the data landscape within Industrial Technology Research
• Develop and implement operational standards that align with Siemens Energy’s data strategy
• Define processes for storing and processing information for long‑term accessibility
• Select tools to support standardized workflows across various information formats
• Establish a knowledge database to capture company know‑how and key research activities
• Enable cross‑collaboration and prepare research information for digital transformation and AI solutions

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields (Information Management, Data Science, etc.)
• Long term experience in data management, governance, or knowledge management in a research or engineering context
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle principles and information architecture
• Ability to translate strategic guidelines into actionable workflows
• Familiarity with digital transformation and AI readiness of data
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to travel within Central Europe (~25%)
