Your qualifications

Experience in the management of the organizations of complex development projects
Experience with tests automation and frameworks/tools in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation
Experience in large scale cloud platforms, their environments and the operations of infrastructure
Experience in observability, performance monitoring, and improving customer experience
Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, DevOps practices, and IAM/RBAC principles and the associated observability solutions
Competence in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Familiarity with the essentials of CI/CD pipeline management, including build, image registry, vulnerability scanning, and deployment processes.
Experience with test automation and frameworks/tools in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation
Experience in large cloud environments, their building blocks and the operation of infrastructures

Your tasks

Working with key stakeholders (e.g. development, operations, product lines) to understand how our software development process should look like.
Conducting deep dives into critical delivery challenges and definition of actionable solutions.
Coordination of the technical problem-solving with program priorities and timelines.
Identifying systemic gaps and ensuring consistent resolution patterns across teams.
Ensuring feedback and insights from escalations are used to improve structural processes.
Providing definitions of a developer-focused vision for the Development for Platform (D4P) initiative.
Consulting on the integration of proven industry practices to ensure scalability, usability, and performance.
Coordination of the enablement and onboarding of the stakeholders onto the platform.
Consulting on establishing feedback loops to continuously enhance the platform based on hands‑on usage.
Consulting on the introduction and scale development best practices across distributed engineering.
Focusing on and enabling off‑the‑integration of AI‑assisted development tools to increase productivity.
Providing recommendations on strengthening of the software quality by improving test automation strategies and coverage.
Ensuring development pipelines support fast iteration and safe deployment.
