Your Role

As a Senior Deployment Strategist at Supermodular AI, you will lead how AI transformation unfolds inside large enterprise organizations. You will work directly with enterprise leaders, engineers, and operators to understand how their systems and workflows operate today, identify where AI can create meaningful impact, and shape the initiatives that move the organization forward. You will partner closely with an AI Product Manager, forming the core leadership pair for each initiative. Together you will define the problems worth solving and the outcomes we aim to achieve. You will own the technical design of the AI solutions and drive execution, working alongside Forward Deployed Software Engineers to ensure the systems we build operate reliably in real enterprise environments. This role is for someone comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, connecting AI capabilities with operational reality, and leading complex transformation efforts inside large organizations.

You are comfortable working directly with enterprise leaders, engineers, and operators, understanding how systems and workflows function and where AI can create meaningful impact.
You can synthesize signals from multiple stakeholders, systems, and constraints, identifying the problems that matter most and framing initiatives organizations can realistically execute.
You understand that AI systems are probabilistic, and you design workflows, guardrails, and evaluation mechanisms that make them reliable in real-world environments.
You think in terms of AI-enabled systems, combining models, data, tools, and human workflows to transform how work gets done inside an organization.
You have the technical depth to shape the technical vision of AI solutions, guiding engineers and product leaders while making pragmatic trade-offs across feasibility, reliability, and speed.
You are comfortable communicating complex technical ideas across audiences, from engineers to C-suite leaders, helping organizations align around the right initiatives.
You can translate messy organizational problems into concrete AI initiatives that engineering teams can execute.
You bring a practical mindset around reliability, evaluation, observability, and safety when deploying AI systems that must operate in real production contexts.
