This position sits within the Equinix Global Design and Construction team (Circa 300+ people) who deliver over 70 projects globally per year (in excess $4Bn annual capex). GDC’s Global Process and Optimisation team is accountable for the development and roll out of global design focused process and optimisation initiatives within our design and construction delivery team. The GPO team is also responsible for monitoring and reporting on the design KPIs, providing assistance to delivery teams and providing the Digital Data delivery process and conversion to our site operation teams.
The Senior Design Manager - Digital Delivery oversees the crucial link between Design & Construction and Operations, ensuring that digital spatial data is delivered in a way that enables Operations to function efficiently. The role involves managing the team that standardises, and centralises data across various platforms, while overseeing automated processes that support the operational environment. This role ensures that the digital data delivery team globally effectively deliver and optimise, seamlessly integration from design and construction into an operational site.
Responsible for the management of the delivery and processes for Digital Data to the business and our operational teams across strategic global construction programs. Builds effective relationships with global stakeholders both providing and receiving the Digital Data.
