SENIOR DEVELOPER (f/m/d) FOR SAP SUSTAINABILITY CONTROL TOWER

As a cloud‑native developer in SAP’s Sustainability Control Tower, you will help companies worldwide understand their ESG impact and make progress toward sustainable business outcomes . Your role focuses on building scalable, high‑quality solutions in Java and TypeScript, using Spring Boot, SAP CAP, SAPUI5 , Git, Jenkins and other modern cloud‑native tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with scrum team members in a continuous delivery environment.
• Develop and maintain Java and TypeScript services, applying Spring, SAP CAP and SAPUI5 frameworks.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and cloud deployment practices to deliver performant solutions.
• Engage with key customers to understand requirements and deliver value.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of development experience in a relevant tech‑stack.
• Strong object‑oriented programming skills in Java (Spring Boot) and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern cloud‑native application development, CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining a high‑quality codebase.
• Good degree in computer science, software engineering or related field (Bachelor / Master).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Preferred: Knowledge of SAP technologies such as CAP, SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, SAP Business Technology Platform.
